We offer free shipping on all orders over $200 in Canada and the U.S. Below $200, we have a flat shipping rate within Canada of $10.00CAD. All packages will be shipped using Canada Post or FEDEX. Shipments to the U.S. will also be sent via FEDEX at a flat rate of $15.00USD. All international orders will be shipped via Canada Post, rates may vary. All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer on international shipments.

All of our products are handcrafted and the majority of our pieces are made-to-order. Due to this nature, please allow for 10-14 business days for your order to be shipped.

Repair Policy

In the event that a design purchased through deandavidson.ca becomes damaged from normal wear or during shipment, we will repair it free of charge within 120 days of order.   After 120 days there will be a small materials/service and shipping fee. Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased.

To return an item for repair, please follow these simple steps:

Obtain a Repair Work Order (RWO) number by emailing us at repairs@deandavidson.ca.

If your item is less than 120 days old, please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

Include the RWO number in the following return shipping address:

We will return your item to you within 3-5 weeks of receiving it for repairs.  (Subject to part availability*)

*Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair older items.

Return Policy

deandavidson.ca will accept items for exchange or return under the following conditions:

Product must be unworn, undamaged and accompanied by a print out of the original confirmation email.

See the procedure below to return the items to DeanDavidson.ca.

·       You must ship your Return to Dean Davidson, Inc. within 21 days of ship date,

·       No Returns on items from the sale page, all sales items are final sale and therefore are not eligible for exchange or return

·       Your Return must be in its original condition and may not be altered in any way.

·       You must include the original Order Confirmation with your Return. 

·       All returns/repairs must be listed on shipping documentation as RETURN/REPAIR

·       Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit through PayPal and will be credited for the merchandise amount only. We can not refund shipping charges on return items.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

Repack the item in its original packaging and order confirmation/number. Emailing us at catherine@deandavidson.ca if you cannot locate your order confirmation/number. We will not accept packages without an Order numbers.  Include the Order number in the following return shipping address:

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, ) and retain your receipt. Dean Davidson Design is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding the collection and use of information through our website, located at www.deandavidson.ca. By using or purchasing any product through this site, you agree to the collection and use of information as set forth in this Policy.  We may update this Policy at our discretion and the most recent version shall be posted on this page immediately.

We will not sell, share or trade any information you supply to us with a third party. Any information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to facilitate us in fulfillment operations. From time to time, we may send sale information, product updates, etc. electronically via email.

Dean Davidson Design uses non-personally identifiable information, such as your IP address and the pages that you visit on our site, to help diagnose problems with our site and servers, to administer our site, and to improve site-related services and features.
